An attractive gents Girard-Perregaux Alarm wrist watch, circa the 1950’s. Unpolished 34mm case in stainless steel excluding the original crowns. Original silver dial aged to a light cream. Applied silver dart hour markers, radium lume, black printed signature and minute markers, and blue printed outer alarm setting track. Sword-style hour and minute hand, center sweep seconds and red alarm hand. Signed “GIRARD-PERREGAUX”, “ALARM”, “SWISS”.
Powering the watch is a hand winding Girard-Perregaux alarm movement with 17 jewels. The watch is winding, running well and keeping time. Alarm fully functional.
