A fine, scarce and attractive mens Girard-Perregaux Deco-style dress watch, circa 1950s. Unpolished steel case in excellent condition with curved sweeping lugs. Snap down case back. 33.5mm excluding crown. Original finish satin silver dial with black stamped hour markers, outer railroad minute track and machined gold dots. Dial displays some wear but remains in good condition. Original gold alpha hands and blued center sweep seconds. Signed “GIRARD-PERREGAUX”, “GYROMATIC”, “ANTIMAGNETIC”, “SWISS MADE”.
Powering the watch is a Girard-Perregaux bumper automatic. The watch is winding, running well and keeping time.
