We’re pleased to offer this scarce and attractive Longines with multi-tone sector dial, circa 1942.  The honest 35mm snap back steel case bears witness to a life well lived, with bumps, scuffs and scratches throughout.  We have not attempted to polish or alter it in any way, preferring to leave this choice to the new owner.  The focal point however is the handsome factory original multi-tone sector dial which has aged to an attractive honey gold.  The hour registers are divided into 6 sectors separated by silver foil bars marking the odd hours, and black printed arabic numerals marking the even.  Completing the aesthetic is an outer railroad minute track and subsidiary seconds register.  Factory original blued steel baton hands provide subtle contrast.

Original gilded Longines caliber 12.68Z in excellent and clean condition, running well and keeping time.

Delivered on a modern leather strap with generic steel buckle.
