A charming, well preserved gents Longines tank wrist watch in yellow gold, circa 1944.  The original 14kt yellow gold case is in excellent unpolished condition and measures 20mm (excluding original crown) x 29mm (high) x 36mm (lug to lug).  The original silver dial displays minor aging and features alternating riveted and gold foil hour markers.  Original gold hands, subsidiary seconds.  Dial signed “LONGINES”.

Original Longines caliber 9L is extremely clean, running well and keeping time.

Delivered on a modern leather strap with modern gold plated buckle.
