OMEGA JUMBO 37.5MM | 30T2 | ca 1940 | STEEL

This large time only Omega wrist watch embodies everything we love about 1930-40’s Omegas in a size fit for the modern wrist.  Watches of this size were considered flamboyant at a time when most gents watches were sized at a conservative 30 to 32mm.

The original steel case is unpolished and measures 37.5mm in diameter excluding the original unsigned crown.  The case shows wear consistent with its age but the original faceting of the lugs and case has been preserved.

An original finish multi-tone dial with stylized arabic numerals lends a distinct art deco feel, and over the years has developed a pleasant amber patina.  Original blued steel feuille style hour and minute hands, and original sub second hand. Sub seconds dial engine turned with concentric circles.

Omega caliber 30T2 is original to the watch and well preserved, running well and keeping time.

Watch will be delivered on buyers choice of dark navy leather or dark brown leather NATO strap.
