An earlier iteration of the Constellation line, the Omega Constellation 14393 was in production from around 1959 to 1962. This Omega Constellation 14393 61 SC is cased in stainless steel, and measures 34.5mm excluding the unsigned crown.  Steel case is very good and has not been over polished, the lyre shaped lugs still showing their original bevels.  Polished case back with early gold Constellation medallion and some corrosion around inner edge as seen in photos.  The 18,xxx,xxx serial places production in 1961.

The brushed silver “pie pan” dial is all original retaining its factory finish.  Minor spotting is evenly spaced with a view blemishes as seen in photos.  Silver applied indices with onyx inlays mark the hours with applied OMEGA and logo at 12, applied silver star and silver rimmed date window.  Original silver dauphine hands with black inlays and silver second hand.

Omega caliber 561 autowinding movement is original to the watch, running well and keeping excellent time.

This Omega Constellation 14393 is delivered on a modern black leather strap with stainless steel buckle.

*Due to the sensitive nature of vintage watches, this watch should be treated as though not water resistant, even if marked as being so.
