A gents Omega 2319 /4 in stainless steel circa 1947.  A nice example of the classic “Jumbo” oversized watches pioneered by Omega in the late 1930’s, the case measures 37.3mm excluding the crown.  Wear present commensurate with age but overall very clean and thick.  Lugs full and thick with sharp edges.
Well preserved two-tone textured ivory dial with original factory finish.  Applied rose gold indices, arabic numerals at 12, 3 and 9 with batons in between.  Rose gold sword hands and sub seconds hand.  Applied rose gold Omega logo, “OMEGA” printed in black.
The original Omega caliber 265, a 15 jewel shock-protected anti-magnetic variant of Omegas’ robust 30T family of movements is running smooth and keeping time.
Watch will be delivered on light brown vintage leather strap pictured.
