A well preserved gents Tudor Oyster wrist watch from the 1940’s. Full and thick 34mm stainless steel screw back oyster case in excellent condition displaying minor wear. Original screw down crown signed “OYSTER PATENT +”. Factory finished original matte white dial with light cream patina and faint radium burn from hands. Scarce configuration with cardinal hours in applied gold lume filled triangles and remainder in applied lume filled darts. Outer minute track graduated to 1/5 second. Original gold alpha hour and minute hands, blued steel center seconds hand. Quadruple signed on dial, case, crown and movement.
Original Tudor signed caliber 1182 ETA is overall clean with some spotting to bridge plates, running well and keeping time.
Delivered on a modern leather strap with steel buckle.
