An exceptional and potentially unique Audemars Piguet rectangular wrist watch in 18kt white gold with black dial produced in 1961. The 25mm rectangular case has been very well preserved with the original brushing completely intact and well pronounced. The highlight of course is the beautiful glossy black dial with metallic silver printed linear indexes and signature. In overall very good condition with some minor wear.
Powering the watch is an ultra-thin Audemars Piguet caliber 2003 with 17 jewels and 4 adjustments. The movement is exceptionally clean, winding and running well and keeping excellent time.
