A scarce and exceptional gents Girard-Perregaux chronograph made by Universal Geneve, circa early 1940s.  The 35mm snap back case case in steel remains unpolished and in excellent condition.  Near mint factory original tri-tone silver dial with Deco-style numerals, blue printed snail tachometer scale and outer red printed telemeter.  Original blued steel baton hands.  Signed “GIRARD-PERREGAUX”.  Personalized presentation medallion affixed to the caseback.  

Original Girard-Perregaux signed Universal Geneve caliber 285 in excellent cosmetic and functional condition.  Freshly serviced, winding and running well with all functions operational.
