AESTHETICS
- Triple signed (dial, case, movement), brushed silver dial, black printed minute track, gold baton hands, gold applied arabic indices, “VACHERON & CONSTANTIN”, “GENEVE” printed in black.
This Vacheron & Constantin mid size mens watch is in excellent original condition and was produced by the famed house sometime in the mid to late 1940’s. The thick, 18kt yellow gold case is well preserved, features teardrop lugs and measures 30mm in diameter excluding the unsigned crown.
The original printing remains well preserved on the factory finished brushed silver dial. Beyond the black printed minute track the dial gently slopes past the applied gold arabic indices. Seconds are counted via subdial at 6 o’clock. Original gold baton hour and minute hands and original sub second hand all present.
Powering the watch is Vacheron & Constantin’s V458 hand winding chronometer grade movement in immaculate cosmetic and functional condition. The watch is running well and keeping time.
This vintage Vacheron & Constantin will arrive on a black lizard strap with gold plated buckle.
