An uncommon gents Movado dress watch with mirror finish “deluxe” engine turned dial, circa 1950’s. Snap back 18kt yellow gold case full and thick in overall good condition, measuring 33mm excluding the original unsigned crown. The Deluxe model was a premium offering from Movado and featured an engine-turned dial typically crafted of solid precious metal. The dial seen here features a bright, mirror like finish with applied hour markers and subsidiary seconds and is crafted of solid 18kt yellow gold. Signed “MOVADO”, “SWISS”.
In-house hand-winding Movado caliber 205 with 17 jewels. The movement displays light cosmetic wear but is winding, running well and keeping time.
Delivered on a modern leather strap with modern gold plated buckle. In addition every Stetz & Co. timepiece includes a 7 day inspection period and is covered by a full 30 day mechanical warranty.
